Pilates vs Lagree: What’s the difference?
In essence Pilates and Lagree are very similar. Both provide emphasis on core strength, flexibility and controlled movement. Lagree can incorporate a higher intensity level for a more vigorous work-out and greater focus on muscle endurance while traditional Pilates may be more conservative. However, either methodology can be utilized based on the individual’s goals.
