Meet Shannon
Dr. Shannon Pascoe has been a practicing physical therapist since 2007.
She has always had an interest in health and wellness as she grew up playing soccer, and later played at Ball State as a D1 collegiate athlete. She went into physical therapy with ambition and hope to provide people with a chance to thrive while healing emotionally, physically, and mentally. She found her way into specializing in Oncology Rehab shortly after graduate school. As she grew in the field, she searched for a tool to allow her clients to thrive in health, wellness, and fitness (mind, body, and spirit) in a safe manner. She wanted to provide the building blocks for people who have gone through injury and life-changing journeys to return safely into the world with confidence and education to assure their success in work, home and recreation activities.
Shannon incorporated Pilates into her practice in 2009. And in 2016, she became certified in Lagree fitness.
The combination of Pilates and Lagree was utilized as a rehabilitative method providing links to increased strength, stability, flexibility, ROM, posture, balance, functional capacity, and overall independence over one’s body that may not have been previously incorporated. Pilates and Lagree Fitness a chance to bring empowerment to clients and a chance to embrace change.
Shannon is skilled in modification of exercise, awareness of surgical procedures including orthopedics and breast cancer, the lymphatic system dynamics, postural changes, chemotherapy side effects, radiation treatment and assessment of compensatory movement patterns. She has a background in athletic advancement, pre/post-natal exercise, and bone strengthening for osteoporosis and osteopenia.

Shannon enjoys working with triathletes, rock climbers, golfers, marathon runners, etc as well as those looking to create change and improve healthy living styles.
In her spare time you can find Shannon cycling, mountain biking, hiking, playing soccer, spending time with her pup Moxie and enjoying time with her amazing friends.
