Do we take insurance?

SWS provides “fee for service” physical therapy. We are considered an out-of-network provider. We can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance, which will go towards your out-of-network benefits. Seeing an out-of-network provider may be more beneficial than an in-network provider for those with larger deductible plans, please check with your insurance provider for a full understanding of your benefits. Unfortunately regulations and insurance coverage can provide restrictions on what treatments are covered and time allotted to treat a patient. By opting to be an out-of-network provider we are able to dictate the time and treatments used when we work with you.
